Space Studies Founding Chairman Dr. David Webb to be Memorialized Aboard Celestis Memorial Spaceflight

The founding chairman of UND Space Studies, Dr. David Webb, passed away in October 2016. He and his late wife Liliane will have their ashes sent into space on a Celestis Memorial Flight currently scheduled for June 2022.
