What: Professional Development Workshop for up to 30 ND educators focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and NASA activities & resources
Who: North Dakota Pre-K, K-12, and informal In-service and Pre-service Educators will receive 1 PD credit.
When: June 15 – 17, 2026

Details: The North Dakota Space Grant Consortium (NDSGC) will be hosting a STEM Educators Workshop. The theme will be NASA Missions – To the Moon and Beyond. This professional development opportunity will feature interactive, hands-on STEM activities inspired by real NASA missions. Participants will explore how each activity aligns with state standards, making it easy to integrate engaging STEM experiences into existing curriculum.
*Educators interested in attending, please complete the Registration Notice of Interest Form. Note, attendance is limited to 30 participants. Educators selected to attend will be notified after the registration deadline.
Attendees will receive lesson plans and classroom-ready activities, along with ideas for incorporating literature connections that strengthen both STEM learning and literacy skills.
Professional development credit will be included, supporting educators in both instructional growth and certification requirements.
