VCSU Workshop – Deep Sea Diver

Elizabeth Howell, SpSt M.Sc. 2012, was recently published in Space Policy along with UND SpSt professor David Whalen, who has just entered phased retirement. Dr. Hardersen Attends California Workshop

Dr. Paul Hardersen assisted in a two-day workshop held at Concordia College in Irving, CA, on June 9th – 10th titled, “Student Research and Robotic Telescopes.”  Dr. Hardersen is a co-organizer of the event and presented two talks, one will highlighted the UND Space Studies Observatory.

Dr Rygalov presents at International Workshop

Dr. Vadim Rygalov participated in the International Workshop on Bio-Regenerative Life Support Systems development in Turin, Italy, May 18th – 19th  with a paper and presentation titled, “BIOS-3: Russian Experience in Bio-Regenerative Life Support for Space.”  This presentation was given remotely from the newly complete Space Studies conference room, The Well.
