UAV to fly over Oslo

UND’s Unmanned Aircraft System’s program will launch its ScanEagle aircraft over flood-stricken Oslo, Minn., Wednesday, according to a UND press release. The flight for flood-research operations will start at noon. UND officials and media will attend.
