Congratulations to our Ph. D. student Afshin Shabani, who was recently awarded an NDWRRI Fellowship for the year 2017-2018. This is the 2nd time that Afshin won the fellowship, which is provided by USGS and managed by North Dakota Water Resource Reseach Institute at NDSU.
