The Annual North Dakota IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) Undergraduate Research Symposium will be held at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences on Oct. 19-20. The event will be begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 and conclude at noon on Sunday, Oct. 20.

The focus of the symposium is on research conducted by undergraduate students from undergraduate institutions, tribal colleges, and universities across North Dakota. The Saturday morning session will be devoted to research presentations and the afternoon will be dedicated to a poster session and networking. Technical workshops will be held Sunday morning.

Again this year, award winners from the North Dakota State Science & Engineering Fair have been invited to display their projects. This will provide a unique opportunity for our programs to recruit students into UND’s undergraduate STEM programs.

Information, registration, and abstract submission guidelines can be found here.

ND INBRE focuses on health and the environment with research projects that include undergraduate students. We look forward to continued participation in this program that highlights the accomplishments of our undergraduate student researchers.
