Second-year med students recognize three faculty for Outstanding Block Instructor Awards for Block 7

In recognition of outstanding performance in the encouragement, enrichment, and education of tomorrow’s physicians, the MD Class of 2023 has recognized three faculty for Outstanding Block Instructor Awards in Block VII of the 2020-21 academic year.

The Class of 2023 (Year 2) Block VII awardees are the following individuals:

• Catherine Brissette, Ph.D., Department of Biomedical Sciences
• Kara Eickman, M.D., Department of Education Resources
• Andrea Lays, M.D., Department Obstetrics & Gynecology
