NDBuys includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>State solicitation and bidding opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Supplier registration<\/li>\n<li>Contract management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To participate in solicitations and receive automatic email notifications, suppliers must be registered in NDBuys and select the appropriate <strong>commodity codes<\/strong> for the goods and services they provide.<\/p>\n<p>If you were previously registered as a bidder in SPO Online, you are now considered a supplier in NDBuys; however, <strong>you will need to create a new login<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access NDBuys<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visit the NDBuys portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndbuys.nd.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>www.ndbuys.nd.gov<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>North Dakota Login ID<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NDBuys uses the <strong>North Dakota (ND) Login ID<\/strong>, the state\u2019s official identity management system.
