Ballard Spahr’s George Singer, ’93, Named Fellow of American College of Bankruptcy

George H. Singer, a Finance, Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery partner in the Minneapolis office of Ballard Spahr, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.

Mr. Singer practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, financial restructuring, capital recovery, and bankruptcy. He advises firms with respect to risk management and negotiates senior and subordinated financing arrangements and structures credit transactions, and closing secured and lease finance transactions.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of United States and international insolvency professionals who are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the bankruptcy practice and to their communities. The 2020 class of Fellows will be inducted at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. in March 2021.
