Randal O. Carlson ’81 joins Foulston Siefkin LLP

Overland Park, KAN. – Kansas City attorney Randal O. Carlson has joined Foulston Siefkin LLP’s transactional law practice group in the firm’s Overland Park office. Carlson will continue to advise clients in estate planning, trust and probate administration, real estate transactions, tax, and business law.

For four decades, Carlson has worked extensively in estate and tax planning, real estate transactions, and advising closely held businesses on corporate and business succession matters. Additionally, he supports individual and professional fiduciaries on the legal, tax, and related issues arising in the context of estate and trust administration.

Carlson received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law and graduated from Macalester College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Prior to joining Foulston, Carlson was the managing member at Carlson & Associates LC.
