Municipal Judge Michelle Donarski recently announced she would not seek re-election when her term ends in June.
WEST FARGO — U.S. Navy Reservist and attorney, Trent Barkus announced his candidacy for West Fargo Municipal Judge.
West Fargo Municipal Judge Michelle Donarski recently announced she would not seek re-election when her term ends in June.
“I thank Judge Donarski for her years of exemplary service to the citizens of West Fargo. I’m excited to begin this campaign and to serve the citizens of West Fargo if elected”
Barkus is a lawyer from West Fargo engaged in general practice after graduating from University of North Dakota School of Law.
Barkus lives in West Fargo with his wife and two children and he is a proud member of the United States Navy Reserve.
Barkus said he looks forward to giving back to the community where he has chosen to live and raise his family.
