He is only the second North Dakotan to serve in these roles with NABE.<\/p>\n<div>Weiler was hired as the Executive Director of the State Bar Association of North Dakota in June 2013.\u00a0 Before coming to SBAND, he was North Dakota\u2019s Labor Commissioner having been appointed by Governor John Hoeven in September 2010.\u00a0 He continued in that role under Governor Jack Dalrymple until his selection as Executive Director.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Weiler was a litigator with the Maring Williams Law Office from 2002 to 2010, concentrating in plaintiff\u2019s personal injury, and business and corporate law.\u00a0 Prior to that he was a general practitioner with the Wheeler Wolf Law Firm.\u00a0 Weiler clerked for the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom of the North Dakota Supreme Court from 1998 until 1999.\u00a0 Weiler is a 1998 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. Weiler is a Ft.
