North Dakota APEX Accelerator (ND APEX, formerly the ND PTAC) advisors work with businesses to identify government contracting opportunities. We do this by providing confidential, no-cost, one-on-one counseling on how to obtain, manage and comply with contracting requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies, state & local governments, and businesses with government prime contracts. We emphasize the importance of understanding contracting requirements and educating businesses on all levels of government contracting.
