New Parking Services Suggestion Box

Parking Services is always striving to improve our services and make your experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our new Suggestion Box, designed to gather your valuable feedback and ideas for enhancing parking at UND.

Why a Suggestion Box:

We believe that great ideas can come from anyone, and who better provide insight on our services than those who use them every day? Our Suggestion Box is an initiative to give students, faculty, staff, and campus guests a direct voice as your feedback can help shape our approach and ensure we meet your needs effectively.

How it works:

Location: You’ll find the Suggestion Box on the Parking Services website under the navigation menu on the left side.

Submission: Provide input, comments, or general suggestions. Feel free to provide as much detail as you’d like. Your feedback can be anonymous, but if you’re open to follow-up, we do appreciate contact details.

Review: Our team will review the suggestions monthly and assess how we can implement feasible and beneficial changes. When contact information is provided, we will keep you updated on the progress and outcomes of your suggestions.
