Residence Hall Students –

The following information is being provided to help ease your move out process from the residence halls. If you have any questions for your specific area, please reach out to our office at the contact information below.

McVey, Brannon, Selke, and Noren Hall Residents:

• All loading zones within Prairie Rose will be adjusted to allow 90-minutes of parking in each space
• Please be considerate of your fellow students and abide by this extended time frame.
• On Monday, May 12^th, and Tuesday, May 13^th, permit holders from Wheatgrass or Chokecherry can contact our office for permission to park in Prairie Rose for 90-minutes at a time.
  • Starting Wednesday the 14^th through Saturday the 17^th, all permit holders are permitted in Prairie Rose without prior permission. Please remain considerate of your fellow residents and only remain parked in Prairie Rose for move out purposes.
  • In addition, Stanford Road (West of McVey Hall), will also allow parking along the curb for parking, loading, and leaving purposes

West Hall Residents:

• Starting Wednesday the 14^th, a portion within the Wilkerson parking lot, closest to West Hall, will be available for Students to use for move out purposes. Signs will be placed marking this location, please pay attention and park appropriately.
  • The Enforcement team will be monitoring this area to ensure a good turnover rate for move out needs.
  • In addition, the Bike Lane on University Avenue is also available for parking, loading, and leaving purposes.
• Please be considerate of your fellow students and abide by this extended time frame.

Smith and Johnstone Hall Residents:

• All loading zones within the Burtness lot will be adjusted to allow 90-minutes of parking in each space
• On Monday, May 12^th, and Tuesday, May 13^th, permit holders from Meadowlark or Chokecherry can contact our office for permission to park in the Burtness Hall lot for 90-minutes at a time.
  • Starting Wednesday the 14^th through Saturday the 17^th, all permit holders are permitted in the Burtness lot without prior permission. Please remain considerate of your fellow residents and only remain parked in this area to park, load, and leave your dorm.
• Please be considerate of your fellow students and abide by this extended time frame.

University Place Residents:

• On Monday, May 12^th, and Tuesday, May 13^th, University Place Residents can contact our office for permission to park in the Fire Lane located at the North end of the Elm parking lot for move out purposes.
  • Starting Wednesday the 14^th through Saturday the 17^th, all permit holders are permitted to utilize the Elm zones for park, load, and leave purposes.
• Please be considerate of your fellow students and abide by this extended time frame.

Swanson Hall Residents:

• On Monday, May 12^th, and Tuesday, May 13^th, Swanson Hall Residents can contact our office for permission to park in the Fire Lane areas located at the South end of Swanson Hall for park, load, and leave purposes
  • Starting Wednesday the 14^th through Saturday the 17^th, all permit holders are permitted to utilize this area for parking, loading, and leaving.
