CFPAC parking lot: Week of June 1 update

The Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center parking lot is closed for a mill and overlay project expected to last through July.

UND Facilities Management has shared the following updates (for the week of June 1) since the initial notification was shared with the campus community, including a new image indicating available entries and parking areas:

• Access changes will be made on the south side of the lot.
  • East entry on south side will be blocked.
  • Center entry on south side will be available to reach parking near Hughes Fine Arts Center and University House.
• Cleaning of center medians is underway, removing old dirt, weeds and tree stumps for new fill.
• New sidewalk is poured along east side of the parking lot, near University House.
• Small curb and catch basin replacements are ongoing to provide better drainage.
• The mill and overlay portion of the project is expected to start the week of June 15.
