This is a great time to double-check how your vehicle is parked.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"465\">During the winter months, snow and ice can make it difficult to see stall markings. As lots clear, all vehicles are expected to be parked properly within designated spaces.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"487\" data-section-id=\"7mjelx\">Please remember:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"787\">\n<li data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"530\" data-section-id=\"1107b4\">\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"530\">Park <strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"530\">fully within marked stall lines<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"585\" data-section-id=\"1q91oqr\">\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"585\">Pull forward and park <strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"585\">straight within your space<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"626\" data-section-id=\"aml5hg\">\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"626\">Use <strong data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"626\">designated parking stalls only<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"787\" data-section-id=\"qrdp81\">\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"648\">Do <strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"647\">not park on<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"787\">\n<li data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"660\" data-section-id=\"juujbx\">\n<p data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"660\">Curbs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"692\" data-section-id=\"20ij0i\">\n<p data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"692\">Grass or landscaped areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"722\" data-section-id=\"skz47k\">\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"722\">Sidewalks or crosswalks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"746\" data-section-id=\"slh7xj\">\n<p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"746\">Hash-marked areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"787\" data-section-id=\"1w4zbqr\">\n<p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"787\">Snow piles or non-designated areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"817\">Proper parking helps ensure:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"958\">\n<li data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"866\" data-section-id=\"lvt30i\">\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"866\">Safer conditions for pedestrians and drivers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"912\" data-section-id=\"6mohel\">\n<p data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"912\">Efficient use of available parking spaces<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"958\" data-section-id=\"15mj37n\">\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"958\">Access for emergency and service vehicles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1124\">As conditions improve, parking enforcement will resume regular monitoring of stall alignment and vehicles parked outside of designated areas may receive a citation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1253\">If you have questions or notice safety concerns such as icy conditions, please contact Parking Services at <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1252\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1250\">parking@und.edu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1322\">Thank you for helping keep campus safe and accessible for everyone!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1346\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u2014 UND Parking Services<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As temperatures rise and snow continues to melt, parking stall lines across campus are becoming visible again.
