UPDATE: Hearing in VandeWalle Courtroom on Jan. 16 has been canceled

The U.S. District Court hearing previously scheduled for Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the VandeWalle Courtroom at the University of North Dakota School of Law has been canceled after the defendant withdrew their petition. No hearing will take place in the VandeWalle Courtroom on this date.
