November parking reminders

Here are some November parking reminders:

  1. Parking will be enforced as normal each weekday during the week of the Thanksgiving holiday. The only day not enforced will be Thursday, Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving Day).
  2. If your classes are switching to online only and you will not need your annual parking permit, please be sure to send us an email requesting a permit return for a pro-rated refund. This will need to be sent by Nov. 30, or no pro-rated refunds can be given to students.
  3. UND Parking offers “Pregnant Parking.” If you are in your third trimester, visit our UND parking site for the Temporary Special Parking Request form. Fill out the form, submit it, and we will work with you regarding a close, convenient parking spot just for you. This is a great service we offer to permit holders, especially useful during our winter months.
  4. Want your vehicle to stay out of the elements? Add your name to our ramp permit wait list or use the hourly parking zone in the parking ramp. We have a new, convenient north entrance for level 1 hourly parking (west side). This section has one-way traffic only and exits on 2nd Ave. If this section is full, try our hourly parking on levels 4 and 5 (south entrance).

UND Parking Services would also like to remind everyone to drive slowly and safely on campus during the winter months to ensure the safety of our campus community.
