Retirement reception for EERC’s John Haugen is June 2

John Haugen, Principal Technology Development Operator, is retiring after more than 35 years of service at the EERC. A reception will be held Thursday, June 2, 1-3 p.m. at EERC Discovery Hall. Please join us as we wish him well in retirement and sign the guestbook!

John’s last day at the EERC will be June 3.

Over the last three-and-a-half decades that John has worked at EERC, he has been involved in countless demonstration projects and field trips. He has been a Technology Development Operator, an assistant manager and a team lead, and for the last several years has been a Principal Technology Development Operator and the Operations group manager. John’s hard work and good nature have helped to make countless impossible tasks possible. Above all, his compassion and dedication to people has been his biggest contribution to the EERC.
