UND will host North Dakota’s Arbor Day recognition on May 11

As the newest Tree Campus Higher Education in North Dakota, UND will host the state’s Arbor Day celebration at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, at Hopper Danley Spiritual Center. A tree planting will take place near the English Coulee.

Jed Shivers, vice president for finance & operations, will speak at the event, which is open to the public. Parking will be available at the Burtness Theatre parking lot.
