University Avenue Neighborhood Kick-Off Event is Sept. 24

Come on down to University Park from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, to get to know your neighbors, build community and take action.

This event is by and for people living in the University Avenue neighborhoods (including students!) working together to improve our community in big and small ways. Learn about how to get involved in community-built initiatives, such as pollinator gardens, bike safety, improved public transportation and more. You can pick up block party kits and seed packets, help write petitions or submit your own ideas. What kind of changes do you want to see?

There will be food trucks, music and activities. Fun for kids and all ages! More details for the event can be found on Facebook.
