Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra presents “The French Violin: L’Art du Violon” Sept. 25
Join the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra in their season-opening concert, “The French Violin: L’Art du Violon,” at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Masonic Center in downtown Grand Forks.
The concert will feature guest artist Roman Fedchuk and Maestro Drago in various musical roles. Maestro Drago will solo on Lalo’s “Spanish Symphony,” and Fedchuk will conduct the orchestra. On Saint-Saëns’ “Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso,” as well as Dvořák’s “Romance in F minor,” Fedchuck will solo and Maestro Drago will be back on the conductor’s stand. The Symphony will also present Bizet’s “Carmen: Suite No. 1.”
