UND Alumni Association & Foundation receives seven CASE District VI Institutional Awards

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation (UNDAAF) received seven awards in the 2022 Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Best of District VI Institutional Awards. CASE District VI represents educational institutions in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

The awards were received in the following categories:

“I am so proud to see the efforts of our marketing and communications staff recognized with prestigious CASE awards,” said DeAnna Carlson Zink. “We see the quality and value of their work every day, but it’s nice to see validation come from an organization representing higher education institutions in the eight-state region.”

In addition to the seven “best of” awards, the UND Alumni Association & Foundation also contributed to a UND winning entry in the Special Events: Online (One-Time Events) category. The University was recognized for its Memorial Stadium Recognition Event. UNDAAF staff produced a segment of the video that was narrated by Carlson Zink.

“We have a great relationship with the communications team at UND,” said Sarah Prout, Vice President of Marketing & Communications. “Their writers and photographers make important contributions to the UND Alumni Magazine, and we work in tandem to ensure that marketing and communications pieces are on brand and at an award-winning quality. Between UND and the UND Alumni Association & Foundation, those efforts led to a total of 10 CASE District VI awards. That’s impressive!”
