To ensure a smooth transition and implementation, the Telecommunications team is currently devoting all available resources to the Telecommunications Modernization project. As a result, any new support requests will be handled as resources become available.  Please submit a Telecom Request if you need to make any modifications to the new system after the cutover, such as name, email, or call routing changes. As soon as we are able, we will begin making the necessary changes to the system, and once they are finished, we will update the ticket.

We expect longer-than-usual processing times due to the projected quantity of change requests, as well as the project’s complexity and magnitude. The project is anticipated to be finished on July 15. As always, we are grateful for the understanding and support we continue to receive from the university community. Throughout this project’s transitional stage, incidents will continue to be given priority. Anything that isn’t working properly should be reported as a Telecom Issue.
