Patrick Miller’s retirement celebration is Sept. 27

Join us for a retirement reception honoring Patrick Miller, strategic communications editor in UND’s Division of Marketing & Communications.

The reception will take place at the Center for Innovation from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

After nearly 25 years of collective service in four different roles at UND, Pat is calling it a career on Sept. 29, 2023.

While at UND, Pat has served as a Communications Coordinator at the Energy & Environmental Research Center; Public Information Professional for the North Dakota IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences; and writer/editor for UND’s central communication team in what was known as the Office of University Relations. After a few years working in the private sector, Pat returned to UND in 2019 in the role as UND’s chief research writer and his current role as Strategic Communications Editor.

In 2023, Pat was a recipient of the UND Meritorious Service award.
