Editor’s note: Every few days, UND’s video team uploads a new video to the University’s YouTube channel. So, a visitor to the channel can find more than 400 videos, and that’s just the ones that have been produced over the past two years.

In this feature, UND Today presents a roundup of the University’s latest videos. Leading off the lineup is a conversation with Food Network star, author and restaurateur Molly Yeh, who gives advice to UND students on life after graduation, living in Grand Forks and how to stay warm in the winter. UND bestowed Yeh with an honorary Doctor of Letters degree on May 14 at the UND Commencement.
