New students learn more about classes, the campus and activities as the University says, ‘Thank you for choosing UND’
The Class of 2026 stands near the UND Memorial Union for the traditional All-Class Photo during Welcome Weekend, which was held Aug. 20-22. Welcome Weekend is designed to give new students an informal but informative introduction to college life and the chance to meet new people and enjoy activities. By early counts, the incoming class consists of more than 1,750 new freshman from 47 states and 17 countries; official enrollment numbers will be tallied and released as soon as they’re available.
