Taylor Wright\u2019s UND training equips her to lead some of the toughest customers of all: Fifth-graders<\/strong><\/p>\n

Having graduated from UND with a background in Elementary and Middle Level Education, Taylor Wright now is working full time as a fifth-grade teacher in Grand Forks. Photo by Mike Hess\/UND Today<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

At a time when teachers are more needed than ever, Taylor Wright is putting her students first.<\/p>\n

This summer she inscribed the following sentence in gold letters on the wall opposite her classroom door: I\u2019m Happy You\u2019re Here!<\/p>\n

Miss Wright\u2019s fifth-grade class will see that message every time they walk in.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just hope my students know that no matter what happens during the day, I\u2019m happy they\u2019re here.\u201d<\/p>\n
