{"id":1577,"date":"2023-04-25T15:41:20","date_gmt":"2023-04-25T20:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/web-redesign\/?p=1577"},"modified":"2023-09-19T10:38:48","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T15:38:48","slug":"2023-program-finder-audit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.und.edu\/web-redesign\/2023\/04\/2023-program-finder-audit\/","title":{"rendered":"2023 Program Finder Audit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We need your help to update the Program Finder. <a href=\"https:\/\/und.edu\/programs\/index.html?search=&amp;locations=on-campus,offcampus,online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UND\u2019s Program Finder<\/a> is the #1 place prospective students go to learn about academic offerings, attracting over 2 million external visitors in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Its critical program page content is up-to-date and we need your help reviewing program page content.\u00a0Refer to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/campus.und.edu\/campus-services\/marketing-communications\/program-finder-audit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Program Finder Audit<\/a>\u00a0for details, best practices and things to watch for during the review process.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Complete the Audit<\/h2>\n<p>To successfully complete the audit, follow the steps below. When reviewing program pages, please look for inaccuracies. Pages will not be completely rewritten. Marketing will begin making changes to Program Finder pages after May 15.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every page must be reviewed by the respective academic department\/program\/college by May 15, 2023. To ensure page accuracy, programs must work together to consolidate feedback and complete one form per program.<\/li>\n<li>Review\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/13eJbU2VXEkP9tWxK-fez9GuRP45cefzG8W29PRwx2jo\/edit#gid=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">program list spreadsheet<\/a>\u00a0to identify program pages\u00a0needing review. This spreadsheet is organized by college in the bottom tabs and includes URLs\/links to all program pages.<\/li>\n<li>Follow links to review your Program Finder page content. This includes the program&#8217;s index\/homepage, how to apply, how online works, tuition etc.<\/li>\n<li>Complete one\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/campus.und.edu\/campus-services\/marketing-communications\/program-finder-audit-form.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Program Finder Audit Form<\/a>\u00a0for each program you are reviewing.
