Why Bike?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), getting regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can help control weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and improve your mental health. It is recommended to achieve a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity a week.

That's where bicycles come in! Biking is a simple way to help reach the CDC's goal of at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week. It's easy on the joints and environmentally friendly! Challenge a co-worker or your department to get those wheels moving!
