Grab your coworkers and find something RED to wear on Friday, February 3. The UND community is encouraged to show support for heart health in women by wearing red to work and taking a photo to submit online to Work Well. There are different categories and a chance to vote for your favorite photo! Submit your photo HERE.

Healthy Departments is a way to recognize departments that make their staff members wellness a priority by having healthy meeting practices. Emergencies can happen anytime. Are you prepared?
UND Wellness & Health Promotion offers American Heart Association courses held right on campus to provide you with the critical training that you need for any emergency at home or work. These course are open to both UND affiliates and the general public. Our classes fill up quickly, so please register early to secure a spot.
