Wellness is the process of making healthier, more spontaneous choices for a more balanced and purposeful life. It is an ongoing process for most but is important for all of us to be on our own journey to wellness. The 7 Dimensions of Wellness are meant to help balance all aspects of one’s life, from family and friends to work and leisure. The 7 Dimensions are meant to help a person find a deeper more meaningful balance within themselves.

Work Well started a new campaign called 'GRIT Worthy Glow-Ups' to share positive, uplifting quotes. If we can make a wave with one person that creates a positive influence on another person, a domino effect has essentially ensued – spreading resiliency and grit – one quote at a time, to bring smiles and some much deserved light-heartedness throughout campus. So get ready to glow-up UND! Check it out on Facebook, Instagram, and campus digital displays!
