The Winter Wellness Challenge is an opportunity to keep wellness at the top of your to do list, and the chance to win PRIZES! UND Wellness & Health Promotion offers American Heart Associattion courses held righ on campus to provide you with the critical training that you need for any emergency at home or work. These course are open to both UND affiliates and the general public. Our classes fill up quickly, so please register early to secure a spot.

Our new Nexus facility boasts state-of-the-art PCs, which will allow you and your kids to bond over some of the most popular games today! Gaming accounts will be required (Steam, Epic, Riot, etc.), so be sure to have your log-in information ready! Fee is $15 per child.
