Communication Sciences and Disorders offers language and literacy group for children

The Communication Sciences and Disorders Department on campus offers various services through the Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic. One of the programs available is a Language and Literacy Group for children.

Currently there are openings in the Language and Literacy group for fall semester, beginning Sept. 6. We are seeking 3- and 4-year old children who would like to join a language rich play group designed to provide a solid foundation for early language and literacy development. Children who were late to begin talking, are learning English as a second language, or may just need an extra boost to expand their language skills (including social language skills) are good candidates for the program.

The group meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-11 at Montgomery Hall on the UND campus. The cost is $225 per semester.
