Payroll deduction helps support the North Dakota Museum of Art

We wanted to say thank you to all UND employees for helping to ensure the ongoing success of the Museum on Campus.

UND employees have access to free exhibitions by artists from across the globe. You can attend quality classical concerts for far less than you could anywhere else in the country. You can take in a summer concert in the garden, enjoy the Museum Cafe or use the conference room free of charge for department luncheons.

With that, we want to ask for your help. Please consider signing up for payroll deduction or taking the Five for Five Challenge — sign up five colleagues for UND payroll deduction of $2.50 per pay period or more and we will send you coupons good for five free lunches (entree and drink) at the Museum Cafe.

Recently, the number of payroll deduction participants have dropped. We understand. We all get busy and forget to return emails or forms. As busy as we are, we want to rebuild the support system from our University partners. Payroll deductions are the easiest way to do this. As you know, payroll deductions creates a ripple in your bank account, but build a tidal wave of support in the Museum’s budget. Your gift helps assure free admission to all exhibitions, not only for yourself but for thousands of UND students who visit the Museum for class assignments each year. Also, everyone that participates in payroll deduction is considered a Museum member. All members enjoy discounts in the Museum Cafe, and Gift Shop, plus reduced ticket prices to Myra Presents: Sunday Concerts in the Gallery, the Autumn Art Auction, and Summer Art Camps for Kids.

Click here to open the fillable payroll deduction PDF. Please note, every time you get a colleague to sign up, they MUST put your name in the “Who Referred You” line for proper credit. Once we get five forms with your name in the “Who Referred You” line, we will notify you to pick up your lunch coupons.  All forms must be sent to NDMOA (STOP 7305). Once the Museum has verified the form it will be sent to UND Payroll for processing.
