UND Business Service Center is now the Shared Service Center
The UND Business Service Center name has changed to Shared Service Center. The new name is intended to better represent the wide range of service offerings we provide to campus. By focusing on these core areas, the staff of the Shared Service Center is able to provide expert services to departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Services Offered to Departments
- Planning: financial forecasting, assist departments with understanding financial reports
- Budget: prepare budget journals and assist with annual budget process
- Payroll: verify/correct pay registers and actuals, prepare payroll form, TLAB queries
- Travel & Expense: enter Travel & Expense reimbursements for employees
- Accounts Payable: invoice payment, purchase requisition entry, journal vouchers, P-Card statements and reconciling
- Accounts Receivable: prepare billings, journal entry billings and deposits
- Reconciliation & Reporting: reconcile fund/projects, project and track, provide custom reports
- Hire Process: prepare hiring paperwork, enter hires into MSS and assist with tracking the onboarding process
- Prepare Requests for payment and reconcile Alumni Funds
The Shared Service Center team will have a booth at the UND Vendor/Supplier Fair on Nov. 14, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the UND Bookstore. Please stop by, meet our team and find out what we can do for you.
