Graduate students must apply for May graduation by Feb. 21

Graduate faculty: If you have graduate students who are planning to graduate in May, the last day they can apply for a degree is Feb. 21.  If they do not have the “Apply for Graduation” link,  they have not been advanced to candidacy and should contact Staci Ortiz (staci.ortiz@und.edu or 701-777-0748)  to verify which documents they are missing.  Students will do the following to apply.

1. Log into Campus Connection.
2. Click Academic Records tile
3. Choose Graduation from the left menu
4. Click Apply for Graduation
5. Select term and click Continue
6. Verify degree information and click Submit Application
7. Click on View Graduation Status from left menu
8. Edit your Diploma/Certificate Name and Diploma Mailing Address
