Alley Closure near Columbia Hall: May 4-26
Starting Monday, May 4, the alley east of Hamline Street, situated between the Center for Biomedical Research and the Neuroscience Research Facility, will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
The closure, expected to last through May 26, will allow for new pavement to be poured following the recent installation of underground piping in the area.
Barricades will be installed to block traffic in the alley behind Columbia Hall that extends from Fifth Avenue North to Sixth Avenue North, and signage will direct pedestrians to walk around the east side of the Center for Biomedical Research to bypass the area.
