The orientation will include an introduction of all graduate students and faculty in attendance. Some of the main contents of the orientation will feature graduate school sites, steps to follow as a graduate student specific to Civil and Environmental Engineering students, program requirements, 1st semester, drafting a program of study (POS), advisor-student communication, travel procedures and resources, data ownership and publication, lab safety, and other tips.
