Learn more about how the UND Nistler College of Business & Public Administration (CoBPA) impacts North Dakota, the region, the country, and the globe as we accomplish our mission.

Nothing Spooky about these Accomplishments!

Greetings —   halloween dean's office - crop

How was your Halloween?

Here in the CoBPA, a few spooky visitors were captured on film celebrating the holiday. Seeing some of the great costumes reminded me of the time I taught all of my constitutional law and American government classes wearing a Darth Vader mask – not something I recommend, btw, since you can’t really see, hear, or breathe.

Did any of you win a best-costume award?

Some more exciting updates from the College:

Our faculty across all of our departments continue to excel around the country. For instance, Dr. Sean Valentine, Professor of Management, was recently recognized as a top scholar in business ethics research in a recent international journal publication. Among other topics, Sean continues to look at how management can reinforce ethical behavior and decision making within companies and organizations – the kind of research that can really make a difference.

And our students?  They continue to match up with the best. Supply Chain Management Students Blake Andert, Allison Bauman, Andrea Hedstrom, and Olownia Dominik recently competed in the 2017 General Motors (GM) Supply Chain Case Competition, coming in 3rd place overall. With 21 universities around the globe participating, we are proud of this achievement, and for how they represented UND!

Nothing spooky about these accomplishments!
