Get Ready To Come to Campus

 The University of North Dakota looks forward to welcoming you and your student to our family this fall! Your student will receive their New Hawk Pack while attending Orientation in-person or in the mail, if they haven’t already.  

If your student didn’t receive their U Card at Orientation and hasn’t ordered one yet, urge them to order ASAP!  

Your student will need their U Card for the first day on campus. It allows them to: 

• Gain entry to residence halls, tunnels, the Wellness Center and more. 
• Obtain tickets and gain entry to athletic events. 
• Enter dining centers to use meal plans. 
• Use the uPrint stations. 
• Get discounts at many local businesses.

If you and your student were unable to attend Orientation Days in Grand Forks, we recommend that you watch the virtual presentations to set your student up for success in the fall semester.

There are virtual sessions available for both students and parents.
