Great Plains IDeA CTR to host IRB workshop Aug. 23 in Omaha

The Great Plains IDeA CTR, a consortium of institutions across the upper-Midwest (including UND) working to build an infrastructure to advance clinical and translational research, is hosting another IRB workshop this summer.

The workshop will be held on Friday, Aug. 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. within the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s 10th annual “Hot Topics in the Protection of Human Subjects” conference. We have a full day planned to enhance IRB professionals’, IRB board members’, and researchers’ understanding of the ethics and regulations governing research.

The conference is free and open to all. However, when registering, please select only one role or ticket in order to give us an accurate headcount. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.

Register here prior to Friday, July 19, 2019.

Information about hotel reservations, agenda, and speakers will be updated as information becomes available here.
