Optimism 101: Barry Brode to give virtual presentation on April 13

UND faculty and staff are invited to a presentation by former administrator of the UND Television and Radio teams, Barry Brode, entitled “Optimism 101” on Tuesday, April 13. The longtime UND staffer will give his presentation virtually from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Click here to register for this session.

When organizations go through periods of change, employees can often feel challenged and even frustrated. How do you remain optimistic during times of change? What strategies will help boost morale? How do you stay positive, even if change is not taking place? Optimism 101 will provide you with tips to foster optimism and a tool kit to navigate change. This session will give you the opportunity to stretch your thinking and move forward.

This event is sponsored by the UND Staff Senate. All staff, students, and faculty are invited to this free event.
