Library Resources welcomes new leadership

The SMHS Library Resources team is welcoming a new administrative assistant and head of the department.

Sandy Christianson joined Library Resources in August as the department’s administrative assistant. Sandy has been at UND since 2009, joining the SMHS in 2015 in the Department of Pathology. Look for Sandy’s friendly, masked face on the second-floor Information Desk. Contact her at sandy.christianson@und.edu.

Likewise, Erika Johnson moved into her new role as Head of Library Resources and Senior Research & Education Librarian on Sept. 1. Erika joined the SMHS Library Resources staff in 2015 as the Southeast Clinical Campus Librarian. As the new leader of this integral educational partner, Erika is looking forward to meeting with departments to talk about prioritizing information sources and integrating their use into courses.
