Sue Jeno retirement reception on June 30, send well-wishes online

Following 28 years of teaching, research, and service to the SMHS Department of Physical Therapy and the University of North Dakota, Sue Jeno, P.T., Ph.D., is retiring!

A retirement reception will honor Dr. Jeno at the School of Medicine & Health Sciences from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, in the School’s West Atrium.

Dr. Jeno has been a faculty member in the Department of Physical Therapy at UND since 1994. She has also served the University as the Faculty Athletic Representative since 2006 and has been very active via service to the program, School, University, and profession throughout her tenure.

Dr. Jeno taught several different PT courses over the years and most notably served as the program’s lead in gross anatomy for physical therapy students. Over the years, her scholarship has focused on the areas of musculoskeletal physical therapy and, more recently, in physical therapy for patients following cancer treatment.
