Brand Corner: Email signatures

As you might have heard, UND recently refreshed its brand standards. To that end, the University updated its recommendations for email signatures.

Note the following guidelines for your professional email signature, which UND requests follows the format below (all in a readable, sans serif font):

Name (in bold)
Job Title
Department
College
University of North Dakota
Phone Number
(recommended: dept. URL/website or med.UND.edu)

Note that UND discourages the use of logos, graphics, and creative fonts in email signatures.
