Kimberly Harn

Kimberly Harn brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and educational insight to her new role as the grants & project coordinator for the Department of Indigenous Health at the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences. As a former radiology tech, Kimberly’s journey includes diverse settings, including a stint at a tribal hospital on the Navajo Nation, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of healthcare nuances across different communities.

With a master’s degree in educational leadership and three years contributing to the University of North Dakota’s sponsored research and grants department, Kimberly is a seasoned professional navigating the intersection of academia and healthcare.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in UND’s Indigenous Health program, she is passionate about addressing health disparities in Indigenous communities.

Kimberly finds joy in her family time and her love for yoga. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and sailing, all of which reflect her adventurous spirit and commitment to a balanced and holistic lifestyle. Kimberly’s multifaceted background and genuine enthusiasm for community wellbeing make her a dynamic advocate for bridging gaps in healthcare and education, creating meaningful impact across diverse landscapes.
