Host Pathogen CoBRE team to host Heinz Feldmann lecture on tick-borne viruses March 20

For its next seminar, the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Host Pathogen CoBRE team is hosting Heinz Feldmann, M.D., Ph.D., chief of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Laboratory of Virology.

From 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, Dr. Feldmann will give a presentation entitled “Highly Pathogenic Tick-Borne Viruses: Animal Modeling and Countermeasure Development.”

The event will be held in Room W203 of the main SMHS building in Grand Forks.
