Email messages sent to ‘All-SMHS’ listserv to be reviewed prior to sending starting Aug. 15

Just a reminder: In the wake of feedback from the recent UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences communications survey, SMHS administrators are revising how the “All-SMHS” email system will be managed.

To summarize, while each of you will have the opportunity to submit an email message directed to all faculty and staff at our school (all@med.UND.edu), the messages will soon be reviewed by SMHS staff first before they are approved and sent to “all” mailboxes. Heads-up: it’s possible that not all messages will be approved for widespread release.

This policy change will begin on Friday, Aug. 15.
